BOOK REVIEW: SWEET EVIL by Wendy Higgins

Sweet Evil (The Sweet Trilogy, #1)Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

So it's all about Nephilim books for me these past few days ...

Last week, I devoured Cynthia Hand's Unearthly Series (WHICH I TOTALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH)! Now, I have Sweet Evil, which also belongs to my "why haven't I read this book yet" category! But surely I've already read the blurb for this book and heard from my friends that the dude character here is UBER SEXY DJSDNAS *fans myself* *spazzing*! They've got it right!

Here we go ...

I LOVE how Wendy Higgins created her own spin to the entire Nephilim ordeal. With so many books already which used that as their base point in building a story, people may think every single Nephilim book out there is just the same BUT WITH THIS - WHOA YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT THAT! Ms. Higgins truly created it her own, especially with the involvement of THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS! Dukes. Legionnaires. Nephs. Huhuhu I just love the entire idea of it. It's a freakin' cool take on the Nephs, guys!

KAIDAN ROWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE *fans myself* I can't even ... Him being (view spoiler) And the push and pull thing going on in his and Anna's relationship-ish *another fans myself time* BUT OMFG There are like 123456789 fans myself moments here in this book! Welp you should really read this book OR at least give this Nephilim book a try!

SHBDJAS Bye x

PS: And oh, Even though I haven't read this book yet when I read ORIGIN, I TOTALLY FANGIRLED WHEN ANNA WHITT AND KAIDAN ROWE WERE MENTIONED AND USED AS NAMES FOR KAT AND DAEMON! UBER COOL!
