Aha! Way before it was announced that there's going to be a story focusing on the characters of Tripp and Bethy, I can already feel it in my heart and have been really begging for Abbi Glines to write one. Hmmm. Here's what I actually said in one of my reviews for Glines' book [Simple Perfection] last year:
"2. What happened to Jace will open another great storyline! WHAT THE FREAK! I NEED A TRIPP AND BETHY STORY! SJDASNS THERE'S SO MUCH TO EXPLORE WITH THEIR CHARACTERS! THEIR PAST SNDSDS! ABBI, PLEASE!!!"
I KNEW IT! I TOTALLY KNEW IT!!!
AND NOW HERE WE ARE! We're just waiting for the release of this baby! Oh the things that I do just to win an ARC of this book. But still no luck. Phew.
Anyways, I'm really excited to read their story already because the characters are just so interesting! Tripp and Bethy are actually connected with each other because of a past that pretty much the entire "Rosemary Beach" crew doesn't know of. Not such a good past at that. I don't know how these guys will react when they unravel this link between these two. Sounds fun ... uh nope. Then, add up the whole Jace situation that they've got going on. Oh boy, I know that this one will be one helluva emotional read. *prepares lots of tissues for this baby*
Seeing this one around quite a bit lately! Enjoyed Abbi's paranormal NA trilogy and always hoped for more paranormal, but she went the contemp route instead. Oh well! Hope you enjoy it!!
